       Black Springs, AR

What to Bring:  Running Shoes, Vaulting Poles,                                                                                                  Sport- specific clothing.

          

We have several poles for campers that can't bring their own.

Cost:  $60 (includes a camp T-shirt) *Must register by March 20th to receive a t-shirt.

Clinic Schedule

Progressive vault drills, video analysis, runway check mark system,

proper pole selections (grip, weight, flex)

CLINIC WILL END WITH "Spring Break Open" VAULT MEET!!!

Campers may bring snacks if they prefer.
